Become a Partner

As the number of R&D (research and development) programmes in the oil and gas sector continues to grow and a stream of new technologies become available for field trial, it is increasingly difficult to maintain an understanding of what developments are currently under way or being proposed and to keep aware of the latest ‘state of the art’ in different technology areas. This makes the assessment of available technologies and the selection of which R&D programmes to join, increasingly difficult.
 
OTM Consulting has therefore developed technologytradingpost™ to provide a single online focal point for the identification and tracking of emerging and existing technologies in the upstream oil and gas sector worldwide. The core of the system is a global technology/ R&D database encompassing details of JIPs (Joint Industry Projects), umbrella technology development programmes (e.g. DeepStar, Demo2000 etc.), R&D projects at key research institutes worldwide, and publicly funded projects, across all upstream technical areas. The entire database is accessible to Members via this portal. 
 
If your organization is a technology developer or provider, we encourage you to become a Partner. Partnership is free and enables you to efficiently communicate details of your technologies and R&D projects to end users. As a Partner, you will be able to easily upload project details and refine these as projects develop (e.g. advertise the launch of a new phase). Other research organizations will not be able to view information you upload. 

Partnership provides a great opportunity for you to:

	Promote your organization’s technologies and R&D projects to a wide range of potential end-users and clients
	Promote new R&D projects and JIPs that your organization is launching
	Promote your organization’s capabilities to a wide range of potential end-users and clients
	View a summary of actual operator needs online
	Allow operators to contact you directly regarding projects that they may wish to support
	Participate in an annual Benchmarking exercise at no extra cost.

Partners agree to review and update their organization's details and entries at least every 6 months. To become a Partner, please  contact OTM.
